n999pk acts as the Data Controller in respect of all personal data collected through the Platform. As Data Controller, we are responsible for determining how and why your personal data is processed, and for ensuring that all processing activities comply with applicable data protection law.

Where we engage third-party service providers to process personal data on our behalf (for example, KYC verification providers, payment processors or cloud infrastructure providers), those parties act as Data Processors. We maintain written data processing agreements with all Data Processors to govern their handling of your personal data.

4.1 Registration Data

When you create an Account on n999pk, we collect the following personal data as part of the registration process:

• Full legal name;
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes);
• Residential address, including city and country;
• Email address;
• Mobile telephone number;
• Chosen username and encrypted password.

4.2 KYC & Identity Verification Data

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and age verification requirements, we may collect:

• Copies of government-issued identity documents (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address documents;
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by AML procedures;
• Facial verification or liveness check data where technology is used to confirm identity.

4.3 Transaction Data

We collect data relating to your financial transactions on the Platform, including deposit and withdrawal amounts, payment method references (for example, partial account identifiers associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah where applicable), transaction timestamps and balances. Payment method references are collected as part of the transaction audit trail and do not imply endorsement of gambling by those payment providers.

4.4 Betting & Gaming Activity Data

Records of all bets placed, games played, wager amounts, outcomes, bonus usage and responsible gambling limit settings are retained as part of your Account history.

4.5 Technical & Device Data

When you access the Platform, we automatically collect technical data including:

You have the right to request confirmation of whether n999pk processes personal data about you and, if so, to receive a copy of that data together with information about the purposes, categories, recipients and retention periods associated with the processing.

10.2 Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you, and to have incomplete personal data completed where relevant to the processing purpose.

10.3 Right to Erasure

You may request the deletion of your personal data where: the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected; you withdraw consent (where consent is the sole legal basis); you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds; or the data has been processed unlawfully. Erasure requests may be declined where we are required to retain data by law (for example, AML retention obligations).

10.4 Right to Restriction

You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as while a dispute regarding the accuracy of data is being resolved.

10.5 Right to Data Portability

Where processing is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract, and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive the personal data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

10.6 Right to Object

You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where that processing is based on legitimate interests. We will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or where processing is necessary for legal claims.

10.7 Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making

Where we use automated decision-making processes (including profiling) that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, you have the right to request human review of such decisions. Please contact support for more information about any automated processing that may affect you.

11.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are used to make websites work efficiently, to provide information to the website owner, and to personalise your experience. n999pk uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform.

11.2 Types of Cookies We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies — required for the Platform to function, including session management and security. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
• Performance / Analytics Cookies — used to understand how users interact with the Platform, including pages visited, session duration and error encounters. Data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

n999pk is an English-language platform targeting Pakistani users. We are aware of the following considerations specifically relevant to data privacy for users in Pakistan:

13.1 No Pakistani Regulatory Authorisation

n999pk does not hold a license from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory body. We do not represent that the processing of your personal data in connection with this Platform has been authorised by any Pakistani authority.

13.2 Payment Data Context

Where you use payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — partial transaction data associated with those methods will form part of your financial records on the Platform. This data is processed for transaction processing, AML compliance and fraud prevention purposes only. Its inclusion in your records does not imply that those payment providers endorse gambling or have any direct relationship with n999pk beyond processing the specific transaction.

13.3 Data Protection Law in Pakistan

Pakistan is in the process of developing a comprehensive personal data protection legislative framework. The Platform may contain references to third-party services, payment providers or sports organisations. n999pk does not control the privacy practices of any third party and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any external service.

This Policy applies solely to personal data collected and processed by n999pk through the Platform. If you access any third-party service — whether through a payment portal or any external platform — you do so subject to that third party's own privacy policy and terms.
