You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction — to register and use n999pk. One account per person. Accurate registration details are mandatory.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. n999pk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
All transactions are subject to KYC/AML verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Funds must originate from sources in your own name. Payment method availability is subject to current platform policy.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and game restrictions. Bonus terms are stated per-promotion. Failure to meet requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the n999pk platform, accessible at https://n999pk.cam (the "Platform", "Website"). The Platform is operated by n999pk ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you hold.
n999pk does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and does not represent that online gambling is legal in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable regulations may restrict gambling in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to the Platform and registration of an Account is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in Account suspension pending resolution. Any winnings accrued prior to age verification may be withheld.
You are not permitted to register or use the Platform if you are located in, a citizen of, or a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to the Platform is lawful in your location. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
Pakistan is subject to domestic gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other regulations. n999pk does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own legal risk and responsibility.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
Employees, contractors, agents and their close family members (including spouses, domestic partners, parents, siblings and children) associated with the Operator or its technology, content or payment providers are not eligible to hold an Account or participate in Platform Services.
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and provide true, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You must update your registration details promptly if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not. You must notify n999pk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
The Operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including upon registration, before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements. Acceptable KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport) and proof of residential address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed subject to resolution of any pending transactions. Funds in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
If you wish to close your Account for responsible gambling reasons, please request a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure. Self-exclusion includes additional safeguards. See Section 9 and our Responsible Gambling page for details.
The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You may access Platform Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other user's use of the Platform.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, any server connected to the Platform, or any data or account held on the Platform. Use of automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts or any non-human means to access or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Any communication you submit through the Platform — including support messages, chat interactions or any other input — must not be unlawful, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory or harmful. The Operator reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to take action against the relevant Account.
The Operator does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond the Operator's control may result in temporary unavailability. The Operator will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
Deposits to your Account must be made through payment methods currently listed in the Platform cashier. All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. The Operator reserves the right to return deposits and require re-deposit via an alternative method at its discretion.
Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users only. Such references do not constitute confirmation that those providers currently process transactions on this Platform, nor do they imply that those providers endorse gambling. Current payment availability must be verified in the Platform cashier.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Processing times vary by payment method. The Operator will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions or network conditions outside its control.
Account balances and transactions may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as configured in your Account settings. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are charged by your payment provider and are not within the Operator's control.
Completing your KYC documents before making your first withdrawal significantly reduces processing delays. We recommend doing this as soon as your Account is active.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by n999pk are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet per round during a bonus, and bonus expiry period are set out in each individual promotion's terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.
Bonuses are subject to eligibility conditions including but not limited to: minimum deposit threshold, account verification status, geographic restrictions, and whether the account has previously claimed the same type of offer. The Operator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from eligible players at any time prior to the offer being accepted.
The Operator actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee bonus turnover without genuine risk, and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Any behaviour determined to constitute bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
Any bonus amounts or promotional figures referenced elsewhere on the Platform (including on the homepage or promotional landing pages) are illustrative examples only unless accompanied by a confirmed live promotion notice. Always verify current active promotions in the dedicated offers section of the Platform.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Prices are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet is locked in at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, except in cases of manifest error as described in Section 8.5.
In-play betting markets are dynamic and odds update in real time. The Platform may suspend in-play markets at any time, including during goals, wickets, critical moments or technical incidents. The Operator is not liable for failure to place an in-play bet due to market suspension.
References to Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football leagues and UFC events are for audience context only. n999pk has no official affiliation with, or endorsement from, any sports governing body, league, franchise or team. Market availability for specific events is subject to the live sportsbook at any given time.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, technical glitches resulting in erroneous odds, or system faults — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The Operator's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.
Games offered through the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer operations conducted by licensed third-party providers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages, where displayed, are representative long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Any RTP figures shown elsewhere on the Platform are labelled as illustrative examples.

Users who wish to self-exclude from the Platform should contact customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six months to indefinite closure. During a self-exclusion period, the Platform will take reasonable technical steps to prevent Account access. Any promotional material will be suppressed for self-excluded accounts. Self-exclusion decisions are irreversible during the chosen period.
The Operator employs age-verification measures to prevent underage access. Any User found to have provided false age information will have their Account permanently suspended and all funds may be forfeited. If you are aware of an underage individual accessing the Platform, please notify support immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of n999pk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, transmission, display, publication, copying, modification, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploiting any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.
The n999pk name, logo and all associated branding are proprietary marks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.
The Platform and all Platform Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall the Operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other commercial losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the outcome of all bets and games is uncertain. The Operator is not responsible for any financial loss you incur through use of the Platform, including losses resulting from your own decisions, reliance on information displayed on the Platform, or gambling while under the influence of substances that impair judgement.
The collection, use and protection of your personal data are governed by n999pk's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Operator processes personal data to facilitate account management, payment processing, KYC/AML compliance, responsible gambling monitoring and customer support. Data may be shared with third-party service providers, payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities as required.
You have rights in respect of your personal data, including the right to access, correct and in certain circumstances request deletion of your data. For full details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, poses a regulatory compliance risk, or for any other reason at the Operator's discretion.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Real Money Funds (excluding any Bonus Funds under investigation) will be held securely and returned upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation, subject to applicable KYC requirements and deductions for any established fraudulent or prohibited activity.
Upon termination of an Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with normal rules. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall remain in force, including but not limited to Sections 10, 11, 12 and 15.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, its services or any transaction, you should contact customer support in the first instance, providing full details of the complaint including the relevant Account, transaction reference and supporting documentation. The Operator will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and endeavour to resolve it promptly.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Specific governing jurisdiction details are available upon request from customer support.
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Operator's records shall be the final authority on the outcome. Live scores and results sourced from third-party data providers are used for informational purposes; official results from the relevant sporting body govern settlement where a discrepancy exists.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate the matter in writing to our senior support team. Contact details are available in Section 17 below.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform, by email to registered Users, or by displaying the revised Terms with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
The Effective Date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated. Historical versions of these Terms are available upon written request to customer support.
